Voted “Outstanding” by Oftsed 6 years running, Harmony Nursery needed a better online presence with a fuller user experience.
Many parents had heard of the nursery in the community through word of mouth but had found it a challenge to locate the website and obtain the information they needed online. The idea was to create a responsive website, with built-in SEO and the ability to update parents on the activities and themes occurring each term.
In addition, Harmony needed to get honest feedback from staff and parents to show why they had such a good reputation within the community. So rather than adding written testimonials to the website, I suggested to make a short video instead, which was met with great excitement.
I planned 2 days of filming at the nursery, with testimonials from selected parents and senior members of staff which truly captured the multicultural environment and love that Harmony provides to everyone who enters its doors.
